RESPECT & SUPPORT from swimmers towards the Coaches.

BE ON TIME to practices and swim meet warm-ups!

GIVE as much as you can on each swim in both practices and meets!

TEAMMATES are to be respected both in practices and at meets!

UNDERSTAND that you will only get out what you put in!

PARTICIPATE in team meetings and CHEER at each meet.

COACHES want to see you BEFORE & AFTER each swim!

STAY around the team area during the meets and STAY for the entire meet to cheer on the team.

ATTEND every meet possible since you are a part of the TEAM, home and away.

JOIN IN all the fun by attending as many of the social functions offered.

OBEY all pool rules.
